Recreation reimagined: program ideas and inspirations

With community centres, arenas, older adult centres, pools, outdoor courts and other community spaces once again open, recreation programming is making a return as pandemic restrictions lift.

There has been an impact on how we deliver programs, and on the programs we offer. We want to take those impacts and use them to create something positive, as we emerge from the pandemic we have a unique opportunity to examine our programming and find new ways to entertain and educate our residents, creating a recreation landscape that serves a wider range of interests and needs.

No one knows the needs and wants of our community better than its members, so we are looking to you to share you ideas for new programs, improvements to existing offerings and input on how we convey information to you. All you need to do is fill out the short survey below, it provides the opportunity for you to fully explain any inspiration you may have.
